Omelette Rolls

Ingredients
- 300 g flour
- 0.5 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 20 g yeast
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 300 g pizza tomatoes
- 100 g salami (sliced)
- 150 g pizza cheese
- 1 tsp oregano (dried)
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 red bell pepper
- Salt
- pepper (ground)
- olive oil
- flour (for working)
Instructions

Whisk yeast in 150 ml water with sugar until smooth. Add flour, olive oil and salt to a mixing bowl, add the dissolved yeast and knead with the dough hooks of an electric hand mixer into a smooth dough (add more flour or water if needed). Cover and let rise in a warm place for about 45 minutes.

Slice salami into strips.

Wash bell peppers, halve them, remove seeds and dice finely.

Knead dough again on a floured surface. Roll into a rectangle (about 20x40 cm). Spread pizza tomatoes over it, leaving a border of about 2 cm. Sprinkle oregano, salt and pepper. Then distribute salami and bell pepper. Sprinkle cheese on top and roll into a long log. Cut into 10-12 slices and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle with olive oil. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (convection) for about 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Let cool slightly, then serve warm or cold as desired.
