Orange Fruit Salad

Ingredients

  • 125 g mascarpone
  • 120 ml eggnog
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 350 g dark grapes
  • 3 pears
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 oranges
  • mint (for garnish)

Instructions

    Whisk mascarpone, eggnog and vanilla sugar together, season with cinnamon, and refrigerate. Wash grapes, pat dry, halve them and remove seeds.

    Wash pears, pat dry, quarter them, core them and slice into wedges. Mix with grapes and lemon juice. Peel oranges, segment them and cut into slices.

    Line a dessert dish with orange slices, arrange remaining fruit on top, pour mascarpone sauce over it, and garnish the orange fruit salad with mint leaves.
