Ingredients

  • 250 g pears (about 2 small pears)
  • 0.5 lemon (juice)
  • 150 g green grapes
  • 100 g blueberries
  • 100 g Blackberries
  • 500 g soy yogurt
  • 20 g flax seeds (about 4 tsp)

Instructions

    Wash pears, quarter them, remove cores and dice into small cubes. Mix with lemon juice in a bowl.

    Wash grapes, drain and halve them. Gently wash blueberries and blackberries, pat dry, then combine all fruits together.
