  • 1 kg waxy potatoes
  • Salt
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 4 tbsp olive oil (40 g each)
  • 50 g crème fraîche
  • freshly grated nutmeg

    Peel the garlic. Peel and wash the potatoes, then cook both in a pot with salted water for about 25 minutes. Drain, let steam off slightly, and mash everything using a potato masher.
