Blackberry Crumble

Ingredients
- 500 g blackberries
- 2 Apples
- 0.5 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch anise powder
- 1 pinch ground cardamom
- 50 g sugar
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 100 g Ground Almonds
- 50 g flour
- 50 g sugar
- 75 g butter

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) with top and bottom heat.

Wash, dry, and pat the blackberries. Peel, quarter, core, and chop the apples into small pieces. Mix the berries, apples, spices, sugar, and lemon juice; divide into four ramekins.

Combine all crumble ingredients, rub between your palms to form crumbs, and scatter over the fruit. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes until golden brown. Remove and serve immediately.
