Olive and Feta Salad

The olive and feta salad by Spoonsparrow is the highlight at any barbecue party.
Ingredients
- 1 romaine lettuce
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 small cucumber
- 1 radicchio
- 1 bundle arugula
- 2 red onions
- 100 g green bell peppers (canned)
- 100 g black olives
- 200 g Feta Cheese
- 3 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 6 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp grated thyme
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions

Wash, rinse, and cut salad into bite‑size pieces, then dry.

Wash tomatoes and slice. Wash cucumber, peel partially, trim ends, and slice. Rinse arugula and pat dry. Drain bell peppers. Peel onions and slice thinly. Arrange all salad ingredients on a plate, sprinkle olives over them.

Cut feta into cubes and distribute over the salad. Whisk dressing ingredients together, drizzle over the salad, and serve with baguette slices.
