Ingredients
- 500 g zucchini (2 thin zucchinis)
- 600 g eggplant (2 thin eggplants)
- 600 g Chicken breast fillet
- Salt
- Pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 stems coriander

Clean and wash the zucchini and eggplant, then slice them.

Rinse the chicken fillet under cold water, pat dry, and cut into bite-sized pieces.

Season the prepared ingredients with salt and pepper, skewer alternately on wooden skewers, brush with olive oil, and grill for 10 minutes all around.

Meanwhile wash the coriander, shake off excess moisture, and pluck the leaves. Arrange the skewers on a plate and garnish with coriander.
