Ingredients

  • 200 g soft butter
  • 2 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 200 g sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 egg
  • 250 g rolled oats
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 150 g flour
  • 70 g chocolate chips

Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F) with upper and lower heat. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Beat the butter with vanilla sugar, sugar, and salt. Add the egg and mix well. Combine oats with baking powder, flour, and chocolate chips, then add to the wet mixture.

    Knead everything into dough. Form small balls from the dough, flatten slightly, place them on the sheet a little apart, and bake for 10-15 minutes until golden yellow.

    Let the oatmeal cookies cool on a wire rack and serve arranged on a plate.
