- 2 Eggs
- 60 g sugar
- 40 g flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 20 g cocoa powder

Preheat the oven to 200°C fan.

Beat the eggs with the sugar and 2 tbsp water on high speed until stiff peaks form. Sift in the flour, baking powder, and cocoa, then fold gently into the mixture. Spread the batter onto well-greased and floured pans and bake for 10-12 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack to cool.

For decoration, whisk powdered sugar with a little water to make a thick glaze, tint it pink with food coloring. Fill a piping bag with the glaze, cut off a small corner, and pipe ears, eyes, and tails onto the bunnies as desired. Let dry before serving.
