Oatmeal Bars Without Dried Fruit

Spoonsparrow oatmeal bars with coconut flakes, orange zest and honey for a delightful flavor!
Ingredients
- 200 g butter
- 400 g rolled oats
- 200 g coconut flakes
- 200 g Flour
- 175 g sugar
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tsp organic orange zest
- 2 tsp Baking powder
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 150°C. Melt the butter. Mix all ingredients together and add them to the melted butter. Line a baking pan with parchment paper, pour in the mixture and smooth it out.

Place in the oven and bake for about 10 minutes until golden brown. Let cool and cut into bars. Store the oatmeal bars without dried fruit in a cool, dry, dark place.
