Ingredients
- 75 g dried apricots
- 75 g dried mango
- 150 g honey
- 50 g raw cane sugar
- 60 g Butter
- 300 g gluten‑free rolled oats
- 50 g sunflower seeds
- 50 g Pumpkin seeds
- 30 g Sesame seeds
Instructions

Dice the fruit into small cubes. In a saucepan combine honey, sugar and butter; melt until smooth. Bring to a brief boil, then add the fruit, oats, sunflower seeds and sesame, stirring for 1 minute.

Transfer immediately onto a high baking sheet lined with parchment paper and allow to cool. Once cooled, cut into bars. Store gluten‑free muesli bars in a cool, dry, dark place.
