Ingredients

  • 100 g walnut kernels
  • 50 g peanut kernels
  • 150 g dates (pitted)
  • 75 g raisins
  • 40 g spelt whole‑grain flour
  • 50 g almond flakes
  • 200 g fine rolled oats
  • 100 g hearty rolled oats
  • 100 g rice syrup
  • 50 g raw cane sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 100 ml soy cream
  • 50 g coconut oil
  • 200 g peanut butter

Instructions

    Coarsely chop walnuts, peanuts, and dates; combine with raisins in a bowl. Mix in flour, almonds, and oats.

    Heat rice syrup with sugar, salt, soy cream, coconut oil, and peanut butter in a pot, stirring slowly until dissolved. Pour over the oat mixture and stir thoroughly to combine.
