Ingredients
- 45 ml coconut oil (+ 1 tsp for glazing)
- 90 ml maple syrup
- 80 g nut butter of choice (e.g., almond or hazelnut butter)
- 1 pinch Vanilla powder
- 130 g oat flour
- 50 g rolled oats
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch baking soda
- 150 g chocolate chips (dark)
Instructions

Combine 45 ml coconut oil, maple syrup, nut butter, vanilla, oat flour, rolled oats, salt and baking soda in a bowl and mix well. Fold in 50 g chocolate chips.

Line a small baking dish with parchment paper and press the dough evenly into it. Melt the remaining chocolate chips with the leftover coconut oil in a double boiler and spread over the dough. Refrigerate until firm.

Remove from fridge, cut into 15 equal cookie dough bites and enjoy. Store any leftovers in the refrigerator.
