Ingredients
- 100 g dark chocolate (at least 70% cocoa)
- 200 ml Milk (3.5% fat)
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp Cornstarch
- 50 g whipping cream
- 1 passion fruit
Instructions

Separate the egg. Whisk the cornstarch with 1–2 tbsp cold milk and heat the remaining milk. Stir the starch into the boiling milk, bring to a boil once, temper with the yolk, set aside, and add finely chopped dark chocolate. Melt under stirring in the milk mixture.

Beat the egg white until stiff and fold it together with the cream into the cooled mixture.
