- 220 g butter
- 80 g powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 yolk
- 1 tsp orange zest
- 250 g flour
- 150 g ground hazelnuts
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 50 g cornstarch

Preheat the oven to 160°C fan-forced. Line two baking trays with parchment paper.

Beat the softened butter with powdered sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy. Stir in the egg, yolk, and orange zest. Mix flour with hazelnuts, cocoa, and starch, then fold into the batter. Fill a piping bag fitted with a star tip. Pipe dough into S-shapes onto the trays. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes.
