Coconut Chocolate Spritz Cookies

Ingredients
- 200 g soft butter
- 75 g sugar
- 2 tbsp vanilla sugar
- orange zest (unprocessed)
- 30 ml coconut liqueur
- 3 eggs
- 0.5 tsp Baking powder
- 1 pinch Cinnamon powder
- 300 g flour
- 50 g shredded coconut
- milk (as needed)
- 100 g melted white couverture chocolate
- 100 g shredded coconut (for garnish)
Instructions

Cream the soft butter in a bowl. Add sugar, vanilla sugar, orange zest, coconut liqueur and eggs; mix until creamy.

Sift baking powder with cinnamon and shredded coconut into flour, then fold into the egg mixture until a spreadable dough forms. If the dough is too stiff, add a little milk. Cover and chill for about 30 minutes.

Preheat oven to 180°C fan (350°F).

Fill a piping bag fitted with a star tip with the dough and pipe approximately 8 cm long strips onto parchment paper. Chill again for about 30 minutes.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes until golden yellow, then let cool.

Dip one side of each cookie into melted couverture chocolate, roll in shredded coconut to coat, allow to set, and serve.
