Ingredients
- 3 egg whites
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 150 g powdered sugar
- 250 g ground hazelnuts
- 0.5 tsp cinnamon

Preheat the oven to 150°C (302°F) with top and bottom heat.

Beat the egg whites with lemon juice until very stiff. Gradually add powdered sugar while whisking, continuing until the mixture shines. Fold in the ground hazelnuts and cinnamon.

Fill a piping bag fitted with a large star tip with the meringue mixture and pipe walnut-sized clusters onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes.
