Ingredients
- 500 g fresh ripe apricots
- 250 g strawberries
- 250 g raspberries
- 150 g apricot jam
- 40 ml apricot liqueur
- 500 ml walnut ice cream
- ice cream cone
Instructions

Wash the apricots, halve them, remove pits and cut into wedges. Wash, trim and slice the strawberries. Wash and clean the raspberries.

Warm the apricot jam in a saucepan and strain it through a sieve, then stir in the apricot liqueur well. First fold in the apricots, then add the strawberries, and finally gently fold in the raspberries.

Arrange the fruits with the apricot sauce in bowls and place one large scoop of walnut ice cream on top.
