- 150 g vegan dark chocolate
- 100 g vegan milk chocolate
- 250 ml soy cream
- 20 ml cognac
- 0.5 tsp cinnamon
- 4 dried figs
- 2 tbsp hazelnuts
- 2 tbsp walnuts
- 2 Tbsp blanched almonds
- 1 tbsp Pistachios
Instructions
-
1.
Knead flour, butter, sugar and cream quickly into a smooth dough for the shortcrust pastry. Wrap in cling film and chill for about 30 minutes.
-
2.
Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F) with upper and lower heat.
-
3.
Roll out the dough on a floured surface and line greased tartlet tins, shaping the edges. Prick the bottom several times with a fork, cover with parchment paper, top with beans, and bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes until golden brown. Remove, let cool briefly, carefully lift the beans and parchment from the tins, and allow the tartlets to cool.

4.
For the chocolate cream chop both chocolates. Bring the soy cream to a boil, pour over the chocolate, and stir slowly with a spatula until the mixture is homogeneous. Stir in the cognac and cinnamon. Cut the figs into pieces. Fill the tartlets with the cream, sprinkle with figs, nuts, almonds and pistachios, and chill for about 2 hours until the chocolate cream sets.
