Ingredients
- 100 g melted butter
- 4 eggs
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp cardamom
- 400 g fine wheat flour
- baking powder
- milk
Instructions

Mix all ingredients except the butter into a smooth batter and let it rest for at least half an hour.

Stir in the melted butter well. Cook the batter portion by portion in a waffle iron and allow the finished waffles to cool on a wire rack.

Serve with butter and Gudbrandsdalen (or your choice of accompaniment).
