Ingredients

  • 4 large aromatic apples
  • 2 fresh figs
  • 20 raisins
  • 20 g chopped hazelnuts
  • 20 g almond sticks
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • Cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp butter

Instructions

    Wash the apples, pat them dry and use an apple corer to remove the core. Peel the figs and chop the flesh.

    Briefly toast the almonds and hazelnuts in a non-stick pan, then mix with the figs and raisins.

    Stir in liquid honey and cinnamon. Place the apples in a well-greased baking dish and fill them with the fruit mixture, topping the remaining filling around the apples.

    Place one butter pat on each apple and bake in the oven at 200°C for 35 minutes.
