Ingredients

  • 300 g macaroni
  • Salt
  • 500 g mushrooms
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • pepper (ground)
  • 100 ml broth
  • 200 g heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 300 g smoked turkey breast fillet
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 g grated Emmental cheese
  • nutmeg

Instructions

    Cook noodles in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente. Clean and finely chop mushrooms, then fry in hot oil for about 5 minutes; season with salt and pepper, add broth and half the cream, simmer for about 1 minute, taste, then remove from heat.

    Cut turkey meat into small cubes. Mix drained noodles, turkey cubes, and parsley; season with salt and pepper.

    Spread half of the noodle mixture in a greased baking dish, layer mushrooms and remaining noodle mixture on top. Beat eggs, add remaining cream and cheese, pour over casserole. Bake in preheated oven at 200°C (second rack from bottom) for about 30 minutes until golden.
