Spaghetti with Shrimp and Tomatoes

Ingredients
- 1 handful basil
- 400 g date tomatoes
- 1 lemon
- 2 mild red chilies
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 400 g shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 500 g spaghetti
- Salt
- 6 tbsp Olive oil
- black pepper (ground)
- 250 g Buffalo Mozzarella

Rinse the basil, shake dry, pluck leaves and cut into strips. Wash tomatoes and halve them. Squeeze the lemon. Rinse chilies and, if desired with gloves, slice thinly. Peel garlic and finely chop. Rinse shrimp and drain well.

Cook spaghetti in boiling salted water until al dente. Heat 4 tbsp oil in a large pan over low heat. Add chilies and garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes. Add shrimp and cook about 3 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice.

Drain mozzarella and tear into bite-sized pieces. Remove pan from heat. Quickly toss drained spaghetti, tomatoes, mozzarella and basil together, season to taste and drizzle with remaining olive oil before serving.
