- 400 g penne
- 5 tomatoes
- 5 EL black olives
- olive oil
- 2 chopped garlic cloves
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 1 handful fresh basil
- parmesan

Wash the tomatoes, blanch them briefly, peel, quarter and seed. Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente. Meanwhile heat 5 EL olive oil in a pan, sauté the garlic for a short time, add the tomatoes and the drained pasta.

Toss quickly in the hot oil and remove from heat. Season with generous pepper and basil. Add the olives and mix well. Distribute the pasta onto plates or bowls. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan if desired and serve immediately.
