Ingredients

  • 250 g green beans
  • Salt
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 100 g mixed salad greens
  • 350 g canned tuna (in own juice)
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs
  • 4 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp sharp mustard
  • 8 tbsp olive oil
  • a pinch sugar
  • Salt
  • pepper (ground)
  • 100 g black olives (pitted if desired)
  • 2 tbsp capers

Instructions

  1. 1.

    Wash, trim and cook the beans in boiling salted water for 8-10 minutes, then drain, rinse with cold water and let dry. Halve if desired.

    Wash the tomatoes, cut off the stem ends and slice into wedges. Peel, halve and slice the onion into strips or rings.

  3. 3.

    Wash, trim and dry the salad greens, then tear into bite-sized pieces.

    Drain the tuna well and flake it. Peel and halve the eggs.
