Ingredients

  • 250 g small potatoes (cooked)
  • Salt
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs
  • 250 g green beans
  • 1 small can tuna (in its own juice)
  • 1 onion
  • 2 beef tomatoes
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 4 pickled anchovy fillets
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped basil
  • 5 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • ground black pepper

Instructions

    Peel the potatoes and slice them. Wash, trim, and cook the beans in plenty of salted boiling water for 10 minutes; drain, rinse, and let dry.

    Drain the tuna and flake it. Peel the onion and cut into strips. Briefly blanch the tomatoes, cool, peel, seed, and cut into eighths.

    Wash the bell pepper, remove seeds, and slice into thin strips. Rinse the anchovy fillets, pat dry, and cut into small pieces.

    Peel the eggs and quarter them. Whisk olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper; combine with all prepared ingredients. Serve immediately.
