- 4 tuna slices (about 180 g)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 200 g Green beans
- 8 small tomatoes
- 1 Red Onion
- 4 hard-boiled eggs
- 80 g Black olives
- 1 small romaine lettuce
- 1 Shallot
- 3 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp chives

Wash the tuna and pat dry.

For the salad, wash, trim, and boil the beans in salted water for 6-8 minutes, then drain, rinse with cold water, and let drain. Wash the tomatoes and quarter them. Peel, halve, and slice the onion into strips. Peel and halve the eggs. Combine beans, tomatoes, and onions. Wash, trim, and dry the romaine lettuce; tear into bite-sized pieces if desired. Arrange on plates and place the salad in the center. Top with olives and eggs. For the dressing, peel and finely chop the shallot. Whisk together vinegar, oil, chives, salt, and pepper, then taste and adjust.

Season the tuna steaks with salt and pepper, brush with olive oil, and grill each side for about 1-2 minutes on a hot grill (longer or shorter to preference). Place on the salad, drizzle with dressing, and serve.
