Nettle Salad

Ingredients
- 150 g young nettle leaves
- 3 tbsp mixed nuts
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp Lemon juice
- Salt
- Pepper
- 0.5 tsp whole cane sugar
Instructions

Wash the nettle leaves cold and shake them dry. Chop the nuts finely and roast them with the sesame seeds in a pan without oil.

Peel the garlic cloves and slice them. Heat 1/2 tbsp olive oil in a pan and crisp up the garlic, then remove it from the pan. Mix the remaining oil with lemon juice, vinegar, salt, whole cane sugar and pepper; add 1–2 tbsp water if needed.

Distribute the nettle leaves on plates, top with nuts and garlic, and drizzle with the dressing.
