Ingredients
- 0.5 bunch Parsley
- 1 tsp medium-hot mustard
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp sour cream
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
Instructions

Wash the parsley, shake dry and finely chop the leaves.

Whisk the mustard with the sour cream, oil, honey and balsamic vinegar, season with salt and pepper, and divide into small bowls.

Sprinkle with parsley and use to marinate meat or fish.
