- 2 fresh red chili peppers
- 2 tsp paprika powder (sweet)
- 0.25 tsp ground cumin
- 0.25 tsp dried oregano
- 3 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
- black pepper (freshly ground)

Peel the garlic and roughly chop it. Wash the chili peppers, slit them lengthwise, remove seeds, and roughly chop as well.

Blend the garlic and chili with the spices, vinegar, and oil; if needed, thin with a little water, adjust seasoning again, and serve in a small bowl.
