Ingredients
- 4 Carrots
- 2 oranges
- 2 red bell peppers
- 200 g blue grapes (seedless)
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 1 handful crushed ice
- brown sugar (to taste)
- 1 tsp sesame seeds

Peel the carrots and oranges. Juice both. Wash the bell peppers, halve them, remove seeds and stems, and peel the skin with a vegetable peeler. Cut the flesh into pieces. Rinse the grapes, drain, and combine with the pepper, carrot-orange juice, oil, and ice cubes in a blender; blend until smooth. Add cold water as needed and sweeten with sugar to taste.
