Ingredients

  • 150 g sugar
  • 500 g red beet
  • 500 g apples
  • 0.5 lemon (juice)
  • ice cubes (as desired)

Instructions

    Boil the sugar in a pot with 300 ml water, let it bubble for 3-4 minutes, remove from heat and cool.

    Peel the red beet and apples, roughly cube them and process together in a juicer. Mix the juice with lemon juice and sugar syrup and chill for about 1 hour. Serve garnished with ice cubes and lemon zest as desired.
