Ingredients

  • 120 g nuts (e.g., macadamia, hazelnuts and almonds)
  • 1 untreated orange
  • 1 apple
  • 150 g raspberries
  • 150 g whole grain rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp flax seeds
  • 800 ml milk
  • honey (to taste)
  • cinnamon powder (for sprinkling)
  • Mint leaves (for garnish)

Instructions

    Roast the nuts in a hot pan until fragrant. Remove from the pan, let cool and chop.

    Wash the orange hot, pat dry and grate the peel. Mix into the nuts.

    Wash the apple, quarter it, remove the core and cut the quarters into fine strips. Rinse the raspberries and combine with the apple, oats and flax seeds in bowls. Sweeten the milk with honey to taste and pour over the mixture. Sprinkle with the nut mix and cinnamon and serve garnished with mint.
