Ingredients

  • 75 g spelt groats
  • 75 g rye groats
  • 50 g Raisins
  • 500 g natural yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 150 g fresh berries (e.g., strawberries and raspberries)

Instructions

    Stir the spelt and rye groats into about 150 ml cold water and bring to a boil. Set aside, add the washed raisins, and let cool while stirring occasionally.
