Ingredients
- 75 g spelt groats
- 75 g rye groats
- 50 g Raisins
- 500 g natural yogurt
- 1 tbsp honey
- 150 g fresh berries (e.g., strawberries and raspberries)

Stir the spelt and rye groats into about 150 ml cold water and bring to a boil. Set aside, add the washed raisins, and let cool while stirring occasionally.

Mix in the yogurt and honey to taste, then spoon onto glasses. Garnish with washed and drained berries before serving.
