Start healthy and well in the day with Fruit Muesli from Spoonsparrow!
Ingredients
- 1 small apple
- 3 plums
- Bananas
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 4 tbsp muesli mix
- 100 ml kefir
- 1 tsp Sunflower seeds
Instructions

Wash the apple, quarter it, core it and slice into thin strips. Wash the plums, halve them and remove the pits. Peel the banana and cut into slices. Mix lemon juice with maple syrup and combine with the fruit.

Arrange the muesli mix with the fruit and kefir in a bowl, sprinkle sunflower seeds on top. Enjoy the Fruit Muesli immediately or store it in a jar with a screw cap and take it along.
