Ingredients

  • 2 Kiwis
  • 100 g raspberries
  • 1 large orange
  • 1 apple
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 4 tbsp muesli mix
  • mint (for garnish)
  • milk (as needed)

Instructions

    Peel the kiwi, quarter it lengthwise and slice. Wash and drain the raspberries. Peel and filet the orange; catch the juice. Wash the apple, quarter it, remove the core, and cut into pieces.

    Slice the banana. Mix kiwis, oranges, apples, and bananas; sprinkle with powdered sugar, stir in the captured orange juice and lemon juice, and divide the fruit salad into bowls.

    Sprinkle raspberries and a tablespoon of muesli mix on top. Garnish with mint leaves. Serve milk separately.
