- 200 g tongue blood sausage
- 100 g meat sausage
- 100 g sliced cheese
- 0.5 red bell pepper (thinly sliced)
- 0.5 yellow bell pepper (thinly sliced)
- 0.5 green bell pepper (thinly sliced)
- 2 onions (thin rings)
- Salt
- pepper (ground)
- 2 EL vinegar
- 3 EL water
- 2 EL salad oil
