Ingredients
- 3 pickles (with a little pickle brine)
- 1 apple
- 1 Red Onion
- 150 g Sour cream
- 100 g plain yogurt
- Salt
- black pepper (freshly ground)
- 1 tbsp freshly chopped dill
- 400 g smoked salmon (whole piece, back fillet)
- dill sprigs (for garnish)
- 4 lemon wedges (for garnish)

Drain the pickles well and slice them thinly. Wash the apple, quarter it, core it, and cut into narrow slices. Peel the onion, halve it, and slice into thin strips. Mix the sour cream with the yogurt and a bit of pickle brine, seasoning with salt and pepper.

Combine the pickles, apple slices, onion strips, and dill. Slice the salmon thinly, arrange on a plate, drizzle with the sauce, and garnish with dill sprigs and a lemon wedge.
