Ingredients
- 300 g mixed salad (e.g., Frisée and iceberg)
- 4 apples (e.g., Granny Smith)
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 300 g chicken kassler (ready‑made product)
- 1 Red Onion
- 0.5 handful parsley
- 1 tbsp Rapeseed Oil
- 2 tbsp walnut oil
- 2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
- Salt
- pepper (ground)
- 70 g walnut halves
- 1 tbsp honey

Wash the salad, shake dry and tear into bite‑sized pieces.

Wash the apples and slice whole, drizzle with lemon juice and lay back in apple shape. Slice the chicken kassler. Peel the onion, halve it and cut thin strips. Wash parsley, shake dry, pluck leaves from stems and finely chop. Whisk oils with vinegar, parsley, salt and pepper into a vinaigrette. Arrange salad on plates or a platter. Distribute onion, chicken slices and nuts over it. Place sliced apple on the salad bed. Finally drizzle the vinaigrette and some honey over the salad.
