Mirabelle Crumble

Ingredients

  • 70 g spelt whole wheat flour
  • 50 g ground almonds
  • 50 g rolled oats
  • 50 g honey
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla powder
  • 100 g coconut oil
  • 400 g mirabelles
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice

Instructions

    Process the flour, almonds, oats, honey, vanilla powder and coconut oil into crumb topping.

    Wash the mirabelles, halve them and remove the pits. Mix with lemon juice.

    Place the mirabelles in four jars and sprinkle the crumbs on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C (fan 160 °C; gas: level 2–3) for 20–25 minutes until golden brown, keeping the lid open. Serve immediately.
