Ingredients
- 200 g Blueberries
- 250 g red currants
- 250 g red gooseberries
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 175 g flour
- 80 g almond slivers
- 100 g sugar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 0.5 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1 egg yolk
- 125 g softened butter

Remove stems from berries and wash gently. Place in a heat‑proof baking dish and sprinkle with 3 tbsp sugar.

Preheat oven to 180°C. Mix flour, sugar, vanilla sugar, and cinnamon. Knead in egg yolk and butter until crumbly crumbs form. Distribute crumbs over the berries, top with almond slivers, and bake for about 20–25 minutes.
