Ingredients
- 150 g flour
- 50 g ground almonds
- 50 g sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 125 g yogurt butter
- 3 ripe mangoes
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 untreated lemon (juice)
- 20 ml mangosteen liqueur (optional)

Preheat the oven to 180°C fan. For the crumble, combine flour with almonds, sugar, cinnamon and butter into a crumbly mixture. Peel the mangoes, separate the flesh from the pit and cut into bite‑sized pieces.

Mix powdered sugar, lemon juice and optional mangosteen liqueur together and spoon into four greased ramekins (or one large dish). Sprinkle crumble on top and bake in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes until golden brown. Serve immediately.
