Ingredients

  • 800 g seedless blue grapes
  • 150 g sugar
  • 125 ml semi-dry white wine
  • 0.5 lemon (juice)
  • 125 g flour
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 pinch Ground cinnamon
  • 50 g crème fraîche
  • 2 tbsp ground almonds
  • 50 g cold butter
  • white grapes (for serving)

Instructions

  1. 1.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) with top and bottom heat.

  2. 2.

Wash the grapes, pat dry, and remove stems. Spread on a deep baking tray. Sprinkle with 50 g sugar, drizzle with wine and lemon juice, and bake in the middle rack for 5 minutes.

  3. 3.

Mix flour with baking powder, remaining sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Create a well in the center and add crème fraîche. Fold in almonds and diced butter to form crumbs.

  4. 4.

Remove grapes from oven and transfer to oven-safe ramekins. Evenly distribute crumb mixture on top. Return to oven and bake for about 25 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm with fresh grapes.
