- 7 sprigs fresh mint
- 3 tsp green tea
- 6 cinnamon sticks

Rinse the mint, shake dry, set aside a few leaves for garnish and put the remaining mint with the green tea and 2 cinnamon sticks in a pot. Pour over 800 ml hot water and let steep for about 2–3 minutes.

Strain through a sieve, pour into glasses and serve garnished with one cinnamon stick and mint leaves each. Sweeten with rock sugar to taste if desired.
