Ingredients
- 50 g fresh ginger
- 1 lime (organic)
- 2 blood oranges (organic)
- 100 g sugar (to taste)
- Ice cubes
- mineral water (chilled)
- mint (for garnish)
Instructions

Wash the ginger thoroughly and cut it into pieces. Thinly peel the rinds of the limes and oranges with a vegetable peeler. Squeeze both well.

Bring 1 liter of water to a boil with the sugar, add the ginger, then set aside. Pour the citrus zest and juice into a pitcher and pour the hot ginger water over it; let cool (refrigerate) for several hours.

Before serving strain through a fine sieve. Add ice cubes and mineral water.

Serve garnished with mint.
