Ingredients

  • 1 untreated orange
  • 40 coffee beans
  • 40 cubes of sugar
  • 1 l Korn (German grain spirit)
  • 2 Cinnamon sticks

Instructions

    Wash the orange thoroughly, score it several times with a knife and pierce it with coffee beans and cinnamon sticks.

    Place the pierced orange in a clean canning jar. Add the remaining coffee beans and sugar cubes, then pour over the Korn. Let the mixture steep for at least 40 days, stirring regularly to help dissolve the sugar.
