Ingredients

  • 0.5 l water
  • 1 l sparkling mineral water (high carbonation)
  • 200 g sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 50 ml lime juice
  • 100 ml lemon juice
  • yellow food coloring
  • lemon slice

Instructions

    Bring the water, sugar, and salt to a boil in a pot, stirring well. Let it cool slightly, pour into a pitcher, and refrigerate for at least two hours.

    Add the lemon juice and lime juice, stir, then top with sparkling mineral water and color with yellow food coloring. Serve over plenty of ice in tall glasses with a lemon slice, or bottle for storage or gifting.
