Citrus Cucumber Punch

A refreshing and aromatic punch that lifts the mood without overwhelming the senses. The citrus-cucumber blend brightens spirits with a burst of zesty flavor.

Ingredients

  • 2 sprigs of mint
  • 600 g grapefruit (2 grapefruits)
  • 500 g salad cucumber (1 cucumber)
  • 1 large organic lemon
  • 200 ml sparkling mineral water (ice‑cold)
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

    Wash the mint, shake dry, pluck leaves and cut into strips.

    Halve the grapefruits and juice them. Pour the juice into a tall vessel.

    Thoroughly wash and dry the cucumber. Slice about 5 cm of it thinly.

    Cut the remaining cucumber lengthwise, seed with a teaspoon, dice the flesh, and add to the grapefruit juice.

    Rinse the lemon hot and dry. Slice one‑third of it thinly. Juice the rest and pour into the grapefruit‑cucumber mix.

    Blend the grapefruit‑cucumber mixture with an immersion blender until smooth, then transfer to a punch bowl. Top with sparkling water, stir in cucumber and lemon slices plus mint strips, and serve chilled.
