Ingredients

  • 125 g mint
  • 375 ml apple cider vinegar
  • 3 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 60 ml peppermint liqueur
  • 675 g gelatin sugar (1:1)

    Wash and clean the mint leaves, set aside a few, pour 125 ml boiling water over the rest and let steep for about 15 minutes. Strain the liquid through a sieve and combine with apple cider vinegar, lemon juice and gelatin sugar in a pot; bring to a boil.

    Let it bubble vigorously for 4 minutes, then remove from heat, stir in peppermint liqueur and immediately pour into hot-washed glasses. Place a few mint leaves in each glass, seal the lids, invert to cool for about 10 minutes, flip over and allow to chill.
