A quick and easy microwave scrambled eggs recipe for breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 2 Eggs
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 tbsp mineral water
  • 0.5 tsp butter

Instructions

    Beat the eggs with salt, pepper, and mineral water. Brush a sufficiently large glass dish with butter and pour in the egg mixture.

    Let it set for 4–6 minutes at 600 watts in the microwave, occasionally stirring with a spoon to lift the curds from the bottom of the dish.
